This is the latest art I have been doing. It is painting on 100% silk . I use the best dyes available and it has to be steam set to bind with the silk to be durable and to bring the color out. I do my drawing and then lay the silk on it and transfer it to silk. I can make several of the same basic image but I can easily change background and coloring.
